A. The product must be in its original condition, unworn and with all original labels and packaging intact.
B. The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery, as the case may be.
C. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for a refund except in cases where the product is defective or damaged in transit.

2. Return Process:

B. Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days from the date you received it. Please note that return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

4. Return Process:
A. We will process your refund after we receive your return and inspect the product.
B. A credit will be issued to your original payment method within 20 if the return meets the eligibility criteria.
C. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order on our website for the item you want.
